I have created an article with three labels "entpri", "sop" and "insha". However, when I run a page properties filter display, it is not showing the newly created article here and it seems like only this article's labels cannot be detected. Even removing all labels, this article is nowhere to be seen in the page properties filter.
However when I drill down by clicking on the labels in this article, it will show this new article in the label webpage. How do I workaround this? I have even deleted the article and recreated one, but it is still the same.

Using the same labels, another article could be displayed successfully here. But just two articles using the exact same format refuses to show up here.
This is related to another post that I recently made.. I found out that those pages that are not appearing did not have the "Page Properties" as I forgot to add them!! Hope anyone who chances upon this make sure their page properties has been set !
Ah, so the assumption that the pages have "page properties" macro was wrong ;) Good that you got it sorted.

Hi @Yoshinari Tei Welcome to the Community! I have seen this kind of issue on cloud, where the articles/labels are visible after some delay. May be you can wait for some time and see if it appears for you. On Confluence Server, such issues are usually solved by indexing but on cloud, you will need system admins help but you are out of luck if you are using free plan.

My article was created a couple weeks ago so I suppose that isn't about the time then.. Oh well, so there is no way I can get help from the Confluence team?

Ah ok thats a fairly long time then. Yes if you are using free plan you are not entitled for support. You can hope that someone from Atlassian Team or other community members reply on this thread. Can you try creating a new space, recreate the pages and adding the labels/ required macro to see if that helps.

Thank you so much for the suggestion! I've realised that not only does the current space has issue, the other space which has similar articles and labels, does not work too~ Not entirely sure if it could be due to the title page or something. But maybe I can only wait for now :/
