We have just upgraded from 5.7 to 5.9 and now, in all our spaces, clicking on the "..." and then selecting the Restrictions option does nothing, even logged on as Administrator..
The global theme is the Confluence default look and feel theme and all global layout items are set to default. A couple of spaces have the Documentation theme selected but the problem occurs in all spaces.
We need to resolve this quickly as we have many customers accessing different content within one space in particular and are currently unable to administer the restrictions or publish newly completed documentation to meet contract deadlines.
I have already checked Page Layout (set to Default) in General Configuration and it does have the following line ...
#parse ("/decorators/includes/page-content-includes.vm")
What else can I check?
