Page layout - how to?

I am lost: I need to create new pgae layout (see attached screenshot). How can I do this???

I read the admin guide but tin the Layout section, there are much different things about.

Can you please help? It might very easy way to do I gues...

You can achieve that using Column and Sections macro if you would like to have some custom layout. However, please bear in mind that this might not be GUI friendly. Here's the documentation on to achieve that.

If you are looking to create a new, custom layout, you can try combining the section/column macros and using the page layouts.
