Page properties report’ does not show all pages

I started a Page Properties report and it shows the first two pages with Page Properties, but not the third. Even so, the third page was copied and it fulfills all points from the troubleshooting points in the help. 

It even shows deleted pages, which I actually don't want.

Can you help, what I need to change, that it shows all pages?

The Page Properties report displays only existing pages and within those, only the ones that fit the settings configured in the macro.

With this being said, please allow me ask you a few questions:

1. Does the affected page contain all the labels configured in the macro?
2. Is the third page in the same space as the other pages?
3. What happens if you click in the page names of the deleted pages the macro is showing?

Also, you can check the settings for the macro and see if the affected page complies with all the constraints you set there.
