Hi there,

I recently use the "Cloud Migration Assistant" to migrate our Confluence server (6.11.0) spaces to the Confluence cloud. The migration completed successfuly without issue and everything seems to work fine.

However, when i browse to individual page the headings and controls button (i.e. edit, watch or share) is show for split second and disapper.

Side Note: I've use "Cloud Migration Assistant" to migrate my other spaces to the same cloud account and it is working fine but that was 6 months ago. This is the remaining space that i have to migrate.

Many thanks,
Dennis

Update: This issue was no longer reproducible and Dennis has successfully been able to view the headings and edit all pages in the newly migrated space. :)

Hey Dennis,

This is Ramona, from Atlassian Cloud team! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues during the last steps of this migration.

I suspect that this might be a bug in Confluence, and the import with the plugin should not affect this feature, in order to narrow down on the root cause of this issue, I would like to have a look over the logs, therefore I've raised a new technical support case with us. You should have received an email with the support link and we can continue this investigation in the support case, I'll also update again this thread once we know the root cause of this issue!

Cheers,

Ramona
