I want to make some templates for my workplace. Each of the templates are templates for different pages that have differing purposes. These pages could be used over and over again so I would like to make templates for each of these type of pages.
However, all of the templates will have common elements on them. For instance, company logo, legal and copyright statements, version control table, etc. So what would be ideal is to make a mother template from which all these templates can inherit.
Does anybody know if you can do this in Confluence?
Hope it works out for you! If you have questions according variables just ask.

You can create blueprints (requirement is admin or space admin) for global use or for a special space.
You can also use existing blueprints and costumize them for your needs.
See Blueprint Documentation - using existing variables and maybe creating some of your own (e.g. connections to different logos etc.).
Made one blueprint for a document space where we have up to 12 different types of documents using variables and macros - worked well for me.
