Past articles uploaded to Confluence went Missing

The articles that were uploaded to our Confluence is missing. There are a total of 20 over articles that were uploaded, but all were gone and only 4 were left.

Our last access were during mid March, after not accessing it for the past 4-5 months everything was gone. Are there any ways to restore the missing articles? Or where have the articles gone to?

Hello @ServiceDesk Welcome to Community.

Cloud Free sites are deactivated after a period of inactivity, and since you mention that you haven't accessed it since March, it might have gone into dormancy.

Check out this other discussion for details of the timeline for deactivation fo free sites.

As for restoring the missing articles, I don't have any specific tips and I'm not finding anything on Community.
