Hi. I've used confluence/Jira for years. Our team currently has a lot of documentation within Jira. My role is switching to documenter. I will document policy/procedures for a couple of teams. I want to become better and configuring documentation pages and better at organizing pages in our growing library. I'd like to purchase credits for a path but I do not know what courses I should take. There are a lot of free courses which I will take, but how do I get a quote for additional paid courses? Management is looking for training costs right now. Any help would be appreciated. Mike
If you haven't already, start here: https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog
As far as a quote for paid Atlassian University classes, most of the paid classes are on hold while they rework the university. Atlassian Partners may have additional training that you can purchase, you would need to search and reach out to them.
Hi @Mike lucker , I agree with what Shawn shared, that's a great start!
I'm not sure if you will be attending Team 24, but I will be there, and I have a talk about a fresh approach to organising and structuring content using decision trees that might be of interest. If you're not attending, feel free to reach out, I'll be happy to look at your use case and explore if a solution like Guided Pathways for Confluence could be helpful?
Cheers,
Dan
