Permission denied when clicking on link to attachment

Hi,

We have a user who gets a 'Permission denied' error when clicking on a link to an attachment of a page. The link is in a notification email of a page she is watching. When she clicks on the link again it works ok. Anybody an idea why the first click generates a permission denied?

Hi Anand,

We think it has something to do with our SSO, which is not enabled for Confluence. So the first click authentication fails, the second click authentication works ok.

Hi Patrick,

It could be one of the following:

User doesn't have the permission to view that space.

That page with the attachement is restricted to that user, or the group that the user is in.
