I'm new to confluence and have a team of users to collaborate on confluence.
I have learn how to effectively collaborate. For example working on a share document, attaching file to confluence.
Please are there short tutorials I can watch and or share with my team members?

It looks like you have premium, so here's another video that shows you the perks of prem: Confluence Premium Tutorial (Cloud)
I believe up to 12 people can collaborate on a page at once (if that hasn't changed)
To start collaborating on the same page, have everyone click the pencil icon in the upper right.
Atlassian University also has several in-depth learning paths that you and your colleagues can watch about Confluence.
The free one is called: Confluence Fundamentals
