Atlassian developed the source editor plug in originally.

Please update this for Cloud.
There are times when your lack of essential tools means that the source editor is the only option for us.

there are some third part apps that allow you to have in place that feature (like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215664/source-editor-for-confluence?tab=pricing)
Moreover, there is an open request for builtin feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-24922 Please vote and watch it!!
