Anyone have hands-on experience with "Task manager for Confluence" it allows inline updates of JIRA issues, without leaving confluence. I have an open ticket with the vendor and hand have not had any response for 2 days.
My concern is that for JIRA multiline text fields that contains HTML for advance formatitng, ends up in the plugin showing unformatted and one long libe of text.
Any help?
I was about to suggest the vendor when you mentioned that you already contacted them.
Any way to change the ticket's priority?
Usually vendors are your best bet because they know their Apps better than anyone else.
Of course there are situations when someone within the community is familiar with the App.
