We have a user that keeps getting the popup 'NEW FEATURE! Did you know you can configure ScriptRunner Built-in Script as a Space Admin?', even after ckicking on the 'Got it!' button.
I haven't heard this from other users yet.
Hi,
In order to disable the popups globally you will need to go to: /admin/darkfeatures.action and add the following: com.adaptavist.confluence.forms.disablepopups
Kind regards,
Katy
That particular user just had to clear her browser cache to avoid the popup to be schown again.

That was the case at that moment, the next day it appeared again. This was in Internet Explorer. She now tries Firefox.

Hi Patrick.
I had a similar issue with but I was not able to resolve it. I have disabled all possible modules from ScriptRunner that would show that pop-up message but it didn't work. I'd recommend contacting the plugin's vendor to see if there's a special module that can hide that message: https://productsupport.adaptavist.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/13
