My colleague was drafting a page for more than an hour but it was unpublished and unsaved. A power outage happened, which caused disconnection from Wi-Fi. When they reconnected to the WiFi and re-opened Chrome, all tabs were there but this Confluence Page was missing. It can't be found in any of the recents, drafts or any general search on our Confluence space.
Hi @Polina Nesterova and welcome to the community,
If your colleague navigates to /wiki/home/drafts can he/she sees the draft there?

@Polina Nesterova if it's not under "drafts", then I think that the changes are lost. I know for a fact that if you publish the page and then edit it immediately, all changes are kept somewhere and are not lost. But I'm afraid in your case the draft content is lost.

None of those options work :( seems like its a system crash but weird that just an internet disconnect would cause it...an internet disconnect can be so common and surely Atlassian has solved for this

I'm sorry to hear that none of the options worked for you.

@Jerryton Surya the KB you provided is for server and not for cloud. There isn't a way to turn on/off collaborative editing in cloud. It is always, and by default, on.
