Hi Team
We are in the process of upgrading our version of confluence from version 7.3.1 to version 7.4.17. Currently we have already upgraded, but now our WIKI shows this:
License Inconsistency: Confluence support and upgrades for your current license have expired.
You'll need to supply a valid license key. Confluence can't start without this.
If you have a new license, please enter it on this page and restart.

Please let me know how can resolver this or what other information do you need.
Regards
Leo
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Your licence entitles you to use any version of Confluence released before the end date on your licence.
So my guess is that your licence expired on, or before 2nd June this year.
You'll need to get it renewed, or change your upgrade target to an older version that was released before the expiry date. (Renewal will give you the simple option of just pasting a new key into the licence box)
Be sure to check your https://my.atlassian.com to see if you have any newer licenses available to you.

Hi @Leonardo Chavez ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
Unfortunately, after license expiration you can't upgrade to a newer version.

Hi @Leonardo Chavez ,
Generally, this happens when your license expired and the version( 7.4.17 ) which you are trying to update is released after the expiry date.
Please check your license expiry date and 7.4.17 version release date.
Is your confluence license expired? If yes, You can renew your license and upgrade the version.
