Hi Genius,
I am looking for some Confluence Production Back-up Startegy, My Production size is 50 GB and above, I cannnot go for Complete Backup Starategy as it's going to hamper Server Performance.
I have gone through many Tutorials but still some concrete answer i am still looking at.

The process as described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Production+Backup+Strategywould be most suitable based on the size of your instance. XML backups of instances of this size are not likely to function properly when re-importing, and as you have indicated might already cause (performance) issues in the creation process
Establishing a production system backup solution
Atlassian recommends establishing an alternative database backup strategy:
Create a backup or dump of your database using tools provided by your database
(warning) To avoid any data inconsistency and corruption, it is recommended to shut down Confluence before creating a database backup or dump.
Create a file system backup of your Confluence home directory
The section above is the process I would recommend you to follow. In case you are hosting your instance AND database on a virtual machine, cloning the VM as a whole might be a solution as well.
