Profile pictures after LDAP migration

We migrated all our users from internal directory to LDAP. Everything works fine except for profile pictures.

How do we link the profile pictures back to the migrated users.

First, let us know how you did migrate these users from internal to LDAP, so in this way we'll know if they have a different id when they moved to LDAP.
