In an older version, you had the Progress Bar macro, to make a nice process with activities. Does anyone have an alternative?
Like @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM—ReleaseTEAM mentioned, the more straightforward solutions are on the Marketplace (we've got one from Kolekti in there). It's a great option for visually tracking tasks and progress within your Confluence pages.
If you're looking for something to manage more complex processes or want to guide users through a series of steps, you might also want to check out Guided Pathways for Confluence. It lets you build interactive decision-tree style guides that can be really helpful for things like onboarding, tutorials, or complex procedures. We could say it's progress bar's big brother/sister? :)
I will look into these guided pathways ... thanx.

You can achieve this using the Progress Bar macro from Simple Toolkit for Confluence. It automatically calculates progress based on tasks on the page, shows visual indicators, and lets you expand/collapse the task list for more details.

The Progress bars macro's I'm familiar with have all come from a Marketplace addon. There are many, you can look in the Marketplace and see if you find one you like.
