confluence is a great place for Documentation, Collaboration, versioning of Pages, Privacy related.

you have 2 choices for confluence hosting.

1. Is Confluence cloud. to get hands on, Atlassian enabled free tier up to 10 users. You can create account with your Gmail / office email. Due to free subscription some features may restricted.
