Public link Generation error

Hello,

when I try to share a confluence page by generating a public link, it gives me the following error message

"Something went wrong on our end

The issue should resolve on its own. In the meantime, you can check. There may be a known incident reported related to. If it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact."

Any ideas?

IF there is a major outage, it will be reported at https://status.atlassian.com/ .

Otherwise, just try again sometime later.  The Atlassian platform has many transient errors like this.
