編集ができません

下記のページの編集権限を1週間前に管理者から付与していただきましたが

未だに編集することできません。

ページ情報をみるとyamasaki kieはeditできると記載もあります。

どのようにしたらいいか教えてください。

問題のスペースに対するスペースのアクセス許可があるかどうかを管理者に確認してください。 ほとんどの場合、管理者はユーザーをページに直接追加しますが、スペースにユーザーを追加することを忘れます。

Please check with your admins if you have space permissions to the space in question. Sometimes, admins adds users directly to the pages, but forget to add them to the space.

I checked with the administrator of this page.

I asked the administrator to get edit permission.

Thank you for the screenshot. Can you please share screenshot from Space Settings -> Permissions ? to see if you are added as an individual user or part of the group who have edit permissions on the space ?

You should go to - Space Settings -> Permissions, refer below screenshot -

Your space admin can check this for you if you don't have access.

Hi @yamasaki kie If you are not space admin, Space Tools won't be available to you Only space admins can check it. Refer screenshot below -

The URL should be of this format -

https://<YOUR-CONFLUECE-URL>/confluence/spaces/spacepermissions.action?key=<YOURSPACEKEY>&src=spacetools

Make sure to change <YOUR-CONFLUECE-URL> and <YOURSPACEKEY> in the above example.

No problem Kie, Since you earlier shared the URL I got the reference of it.

WPP should be your space key and confluence.rakuten-it.com is your url domain.

So it should be something like below -

https://confluence.rakuten-it.com/confluence/spaces/spacepermissions.action?key=WPP&src=spacetools

Yes, it could be because you are not space admin. You should reach out to the space admins who can help to check this for you and add required permissions.
