Hi @Gal Berdugo ,

  1. For this, I'd say it requires a bit more explanation of the requirement - for example, what are you referring to when saying documents/invoices? Are these actually Confluence pages or some external files?
What first come to mind is Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo. These can do a pretty fair job when it comes to comparing two Confluence pages (and I believe Rovo can compare some third-party system content such as SharePoint files and similar)
  2. You can read more about Live Docs in this official announcement. Basically, we're talking about Confluence pages that don't need publishing.
  3. Importing PDF documents is not supported. You can check official documentation related to importing content to Confluence here. You might additionally want to check the following thread/question.

As for bringing all content to Confluence, I would circle back to Rovo As this product supports connectors to multiple third-party tools as listed here.

Cheers,
Tobi

Hi Toby,

Thank you very much for the response.
1. The intention is to compare two documents that I imported into Confluence. Is there a function that does the comparison?
2. Is it not possible to IMPORT a PDF file into Confluence?

Hey @Gal Berdugo ,

Apologies, I'm on vacation so might be a bit slow to reply.

  1. There's no comparison option in Confluence. Note that yesterday it was announced that Rovo will be available to all teams so you could probably use it's functionalities to compare two different Confluence pages (or some other type of content)
  2. Sadly, no - there's no option to import PDF files into Confluence. I'm also not aware if there are any alternatives.

@Gal Berdugo I would recommend checking out the following resources and learning paths when it comes to Rovo > Atlassian Learning / Rovo
