If you're not using any proxy or web server in front of confluence, then we're assuming that your confluence is listening on port 8080 (from above screen shot) and you are accessing the confluence on https. couple of things,

Is your DNS name pointing to the right server and ip?

What is the redirect port you use in server.xml?

Did you enable redirect port and other ssl related parameters (like keystore location, password, scheme etc)?

you can share the snippet of your server.xml for better understanding.

thanks

Ok, that confirms the port.  As you have no proxy or ssl set up, then you are looking in the wrong place for the service.

Your access url should be http://inetwikiqa.pg.com:8080/pages  (note - NOT https)

Your network is not configured to connect that url to Confluence.

Are you using a proxy, or is the server directly called inetwikiqa.pg.com ?

Rajratan Dahane February 12, 2018

we are not using proxy
server directly called inetwikiqa.pg.com

So how are you directing the base url to Confluence?  It's an ssl url on the base url and you're not giving it the same port either.
