I have deployed a graph in a Confluece Cloud page along with several tables. On laptop and PC it is displayed flawlessly on Windows and Mac computers.
When opening the same page in the Conflucence Cloud app on iOS or Android devices, the graph is not displayed and I get the following error message:
We've hit a snag
The issue resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:
• The URL of this page
• The code associated with this error: tr0os0
My problem, I am the Admin and I have no idea. Can you help?
Thanks in advance
Hi @Dirk Oltersdorf ,
If we are talking about the Chart from Table macro provided by the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (that is our add-on), then I'm afraid that nothing can be done to resolve the issue: Confluence Cloud app doesn't support any add-ons at all.
You may try to use any browser (not the app!) on your mobile devices to browse your pages instead.
P.S. Here is an official issue for you to check and vote if required https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AC-2225
Thank you for the information. Yes, it is the chart-from-table macro. Too bad, and again a feature that was much better in the server version.

By the way, it doesn't work when you open the link in a browser either. Neither in Firefox nor in Chrome or Safari. Either you get the same error message or the graph is very small and all the information is pushed into each other.

On our mobile devices in browsers we get no mistakes but the small graphs (some types are still visible though).
Unfortunately, seems that nothing can be done from our side here.
