Hello everyone,
One of our members is asked a verification code every time she signs in. She likes to sign out to close her session whenever she finishes work. She has been doing this for the last 9 months, but the last month or so, whenever she gets back to the site, she signs with her Google credentials, and the verification process - sending a code, confirmation etc - pops up again. Obviously, it annoys her a bit. Can she/we change any settings to prevent this from happening?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Juan,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
The screen she is seeing is expected for Social Logins, and the code shouldn't be asked every time she authenticates (unless the cookies/session are cleared or when using the incognito mode).
The extra step is just to make sure that who is accessing the account has access to the email address. This will happen only the first time for each new device/browser for each user Atlassian detects during login.
If you have any other questions regarding this matter, please let us know.
Kind regards,
Angélica
It sounds like she has two step verification enabled on her account. https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-two-step-verification-for-your-atlassian-account/

Looking at the screenshot again and translating it she is being requested to verify her account which is different then 2 step, sorry. Is this an account she setup or was it setup by your company?

Well, if I understand correctly, it's her personal email account and we have invited her as a member of one project. Are we managing her Atlassian account then?

Ok it looks like her account is not verifying for some reason. Has she tried a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

I have escalated to Atlassian. They will be able to take a look on their end and hopefully see what is happening.
