Access to Administration

For several days now, it has not been possible to open the admin page. Regardless of the browser, the system returns a blank page – https://admin.atlassian.com/. Since the recent updates, there is also no longer an option to submit a support ticket. Please send instructions as soon as possible on how I can resolve this.

Hi @Andres Haavel ,

Are you seeing any specific error when you try to open Atlassian Administration or is it simply blank?
Also, are there any other admins who tried to open the same page? Are they also experiencing this issue?

I've checked multiple accounts and all seem to be able to open https://admin.atlassian.com/.

As for this:

Since the recent updates, there is also no longer an option to submit a support ticket. 

I'm not aware of any changes related to submitting a ticket via Atlassian Support. 👀
What message are you getting when trying to fill out the ticket/form? Standard plans should have 9/5 regional support from the official support team.

Did you try another bowser or clear your cache and cookies, disable browser add-ons used, or just try an incognito window?

Yes, I tested it with different browsers. Eventually, together with support, we identified the solution. The browser language must be set to English; otherwise, the application will not function properly. On macOS, the browser language is currently determined by the system language. Therefore, the Mac’s preferred language must first be set to English. Once that is done, the browsers will automatically switch to English, and the Atlassian Administration app will open as expected.
