Add to Navigation Bar

I would like to add a menu selection on the top bar of our confluence site that I link to a page outside of Confluence.    Is this possible?

@kristin whitaker you cannot modify the navigation bar at the top of the screen, but you can embed links in the side navigation pane in spaces as shortcuts - which can be either internal to Confluence or to external sites.
