Added Groups Not Showing Up In Confluence Permissions

I have created groups in Atlassian Admin and added them to products, including confluence but there are not showing up in confluence permissions.

I read in the forums that some people experienced the permissions taking several hours to show up but it has been days now- and there is nothing.

Please assist.
