Adding a line item counter

Do we have the ability to do a counter in a table like we can in Excel with TEXT(ROWS?

Awesome. Thank you! I'm guessing I'm too greedy if I want to add a text string to that column right? Something that would read like "Program Name 1" or in this case XLOB-1. Is this too complex for Confluence?
