Adding label to template (Confluence Cloud, new editor experience)

Hi all, 

Our cloud recently got enrolled in the new editor experience. 

How do I add a label to a template? 

The reason I need to do this is because when the template gets used to published that page, it should form part of a table properties report, which uses page labels to pull data.

when you edit a template, there's an option to add labels.

In my confluence, as of 2020-September, the functionality for adding a label to a template now lives in the overflow menu in the editor, not by the title...
