After changing base url of jira and some users cannot access to confluence

I recently changed my base url of jira and confluence as below

JIRA: http://local_ip:8080 --> http://local_ip:8080/jira

CONFLUENCE: http://local_ip:8090 --> http://local_ip:8090/confluence

to solve issues with user token. 

After change, I checked connection between the two and I was able to login both service however some users only can log in to Jira but not to Confluence. 

How to solve this issue? 

I am currently running Jira Software 8.5.7

What errors do the broken users encounter when they're trying to use it?

They were unable to log in to their account.

Anyway, I solved this issue by changing entity in User Directories as I changed the jira user server path.
