After editing a page it doubles the title in the overview list. (Page Properties Report Macro)

In the "Page Properties Report Macro" the edited pages are adding the same extra title in the list. for reference see the attached picture (example).

It Recognizes the column header with a similar value, may be changing the title to have unique value or have column with unique values selected to display it in the page properties macro

Changing the title name of the page is not possible because of the represented data.

Whenever someone makes a small edit into the page, the page remains one and only but in the overview list of the "Page Properties Report Macro" shows multiple exact same pages, which extra pages with similar title even do not exist in reality.

Not the name of page, change the header column or look at the column which has unique values

I have discovered the problem with my colleague that, this is occurring because the content of the page is automatically being copied and pasted inside of the page.

While going inside by pressing the edit button, I have deleted the copied doubled data manually and its look nice now.
but Idk whether its solved or not.
