1. Applying restriction into Space encounter a generic error message as attached.

2. Check thru catalina logs, gc log, synconise.log seems no error

3. Any other areas I should be looking?confluence.jpg

The application log will contain the details of the underlying error - see <confluence home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log

Thanks for the guidance.  I found the error.

It was a file permission error in index files within the journal folder

Hi @MIS ,

What is the confluence version you are trying?

As a workaround, create a new page with the proper permissions, then copy the content into that page. Delete original.

After, you can then try to replicate the issue with a test page and troubleshoot.

Thanks,
Ram.
