Hi everyone,
I’ve noticed that some of the comments I post in the Community seem to disappear after a while. At first, I thought it was just a glitch, but it has happened a few times now.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? Could this be related to moderation or a technical problem with the platform?
Thanks in advance for any clarification – I just want to make sure my contributions are reaching others.

Hi @Mia Tamm - Simple Table for Confluence
I recommend pausing to review the community guidelines and those for app partners to learn if your posts violated the guidelines and were removed:
If after that review you still wonder why a post appears to have been removed, please contact the community managers directly by email to follow-up:
communitymanagers@atlassian.com
Kind regards,
Bill
Hi @Bill Sheboy
Thank you for your reply and for sharing the community and app partner rules. I will review them carefully to make sure I follow the guidelines.
If I still have questions after that, I will contact the community managers by email.
I really appreciate your help!
Best,

Maybe your comments are in moderation or have been flagged.
This can happen e.g. if the comments are too commercial.

Hi @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked-,
So what should I do in this case? Is there someone I can reach out to for advice or clarification? Do you know if this is usually a temporary ban or just a moderation step?
Thanks,

I'd check my own posts and see: Have mostly posts with links to addons disappeared? OR also posts without these links. That might be an indication.
I'm not a community moderator, so you would need to contact Atlassian to get clarification.
However you seem to be from an addon developer company, and when you publish to the marketplace, you will have a marketplace agreement which also references/outlines what you can post in the community.

Hi @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked-,
Thanks a lot for clarifying. That makes sense — I’ll check my posts again to see if the issue is mostly with addon links.
Since you mentioned I should contact Atlassian directly, I’ll follow up with the community managers to get more details.
I appreciate your help and guidance!
