Are users able to draw on Confluence pages?

Users would like the ability to draw on Confluence pages. For example, add a circle and an arrow over a picture or text to point out certain information.  I have found many plug ins for the ability to draw diagrams but my users would like to have the ability to free draw. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Not natively, but you can use in-line comments to get close, or edit the page and format the content to highlight what they're looking at.
