Hello,
The use of *(asterisk) within a search is considered a wildcard character, along with the use of ?(question mark). These characters by design will not display with a search results as they are wildcards. You can find more about wildcard searching within Confluence Search Syntax.
There is a feature request to allow for searching of special characters to include asterisk and question mark. You can find more within the feature request CONFSERVER-3036 (server) and CONFCLOUD-3036 (cloud). We would suggest you vote and watch the feature request that pertains to your issue so you may receive future updates on its status.
I hope this clarifies the abilities of search using special characters along with the future requests available for this issue.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.Your answer made me clearly understand the cause of this problem.I hope this issue will be raised to bug level to fixed but not just a feature request.Because it has seriously affected the accuracy of search results. Originally,I could directly copy the content from the search results, but now I have to click into the page to double check the search result and confirm the content is right or not.
I do hope that you will pay attention to my suggestion.
