I had a Confluence page my team and I were working on, but now receive a 404 error when going to access it (screenshot attached). When I go to contact support, an Atlassian Cloud URL is required. However, when I put my URL in, I am met with an error message saying the URL cannot be found. I've gone in circles because it seems that to receive support, you need this URL. Does anyone have insight into how I can best contact support? Thank you!
Welcome to Atlassian community!
From the problem summary, I understand that you are unable to access pages.
Since you are not an admin, we cannot create a support ticket on your behalf.
Can you advise any of your site/org admins sgiede@commonapp.org or dtiss@commonapp.org to raise a support ticket here
Great! Thank you for the speedy reply. They have created a support ticket accordingly.
Best,
Cathleen

@Cathleen Carr welcome to the Atlassian community
I have escalated to Atlassian support. I am assuming that you are not the organization admin or app admin for your company. I would also suggest reaching out to them to see what happened to the Confluence instance.

Thank you so much @Brant Schroeder ! I don't believe I am the admin for the organization and reached out to ours accordingly, but they were also stumped.
