×Hi all,
I have the following situation regarding the macro "attachment".
We want to create a process handbook. Therefore, we have an overview page for the whole process and several child pages for each process step. On each child page we want to link specific files from our OneDrive. On the overview page we would like to have an complete list of all files of all child pages.
Using the attachment macro, this works fine. BUT we need more information in this table (e.g. document owner, short description, classification). How can we create this with Confluence?
BR
Lukas
@Lukas Häring Welcome to Confluence!
If you are embedding the attachment in a page, why not insert a table macro with the details of the document just above or below the attachment? This way you can have a standardized way of presenting document details.
@Lukas Häring checking in to see if my suggestion helped you.
If it has, please mark this answer as accepted so others looking for similar content/issues can easily find it.
Thank you!
