Automatic Update Date should be captured in a Confiform Table view if another Confiform table update

There are two Confiform table View Table A and B comes from a single Confiform. Suppose for now( may have multiple columns)

Table B contains some Rows having columns "Country" and "Updated on" While table A contains "Residents", "Country" and "Updated on" ( Automatic Date captured when Edited/submitted). I want that if I have updated any row of table B then Residents of a particular country "Updated on" automatically updated of that submission date. How every If make any changes in Table A and then no automatic Updated on in Table B, means reverse is not True.

Consider using queryAndSet or queryAndRender functions to lookup additional data and show it through the field
