Hello, in Confluence, I made a rule with "Publish New Page". In the "Template" dropdown field, only standard Confluence templates show up, although I created a custom template in the specified Template Space two hours ago. I also tried typing the name of the template and refreshed the page several times, but it does not let me refer to that template.
This related post indicates to me that there was a time, 1 year a go when custom templates would show up in the dropdown.
Is it possible, or was this feature disabled?
EDIT: I also made a global template to see if that would be shown, but no.
If you're looking for a way to publish Jira content to Confluence with more control and customization (with custom templates for example), I suggest to try our Publish app.
You can take your Jira and Confluence integration to the next level by building Confluence pages with data from fields, comments, attachments, and labels from one or multiple issues. Even by synchronizing datas so you keep consistency.
You can of course trigger your Publish recipes directly through Automation.
Don't hesitate to give it try (free for 30 days or lifetime under 10 users).
Let me know if you have question!
Regards
Thibaut
thanks Thibaut. I feel this is not directly connected to my issue. I am not looking to publish Jira content to Confluence. Jira is not part of my request.

Ok sorry, you're just trying to retrieve your custom template from the dropdown. I thought your Automation was in Jira.
