I need help getting the automation message when a page is updated, to show:
Is this possible in confluence automation?
You should be able to use the smart values to do this in a message to the owner of the page or a set of users.
Here is a Confluence Smart Values and automation with smart values
You can give notification via email and or slack.
@Aaron Geister _Trundl_ - The user name is easy enough to pull - curious if there's a smart value for history/changes? (not seeing an obvious one)
e.g. this gets me the name/page
It looks like {{page.author.FullName}} made a change to {{page.title}}.

That looks correct to me @Robert Hean

Is there any way to get notification about the actual content that is being updated? Something like when you do a diff between two versions. Couldn't find anything under Smart Values.

@akos.varga
I believe if you are watching those pages you should get updates on those changes and be able to check the diff between the pages once you get notified. I think you have to look at the diff as I didn't see the smart value to check or show the diff in a notification but I could be wrong.
