We have downloaded the latest extract from Confluence. There are Users, Guest, Guest / User, None. How do we determine the billing based on these categories for the month, please inform. Confluence has Guest, Guest User, None and User. What does each of this option represents? Which all should be considered in cost segregation for both?
Hey @Narayan Basak
I already added a reply to your other question, I was checking my user export because your options sounded different from what I remembered. I can only see matching names from to the product roles in my export, like "None", "Guest", "User", "Admin" and "User access admin". So in addition to my other response, you should be able to identify each product roles that grants product access and costs a license. :)
Best, Max

That's what I thought. I did the same. :) But do you have additional questions?
