Bordered gray box appearing around each line item in my Decision log built in a tabs container
In the last week bordered gray boxes have appeared around text populating fields in our team decision log. I've reviewed the history of the page to determine if an intentional change was made to the formatting, but nothing turned up. Does anyone know why some of the decision fields are now in a gray box? Does anyone know how I can remove them? I've attached a couple of screenshots to illustrate the issue and desired state. Thank you!
