@BELLA ZHAO 3 Main reasons, which are listed below:- 

 

1. Either your org admin has not provided you with access

2. Your org has limited seats, which have already been provided to others, and that's why you do not have access.

3. You might be using different site for which you need to change the site from the menu and access the same.
