CLI connector is not installed or enabled on the server

Confluence 5.9.3.

Can connect with version 3.8 of the CLI.

$ ./confluence-cli-3.8.0/confluence.sh --user admin --password $ADMIN_PASSWORD --server http://localhost:8090 --action storePage
This function requires a non-blank value for parameter: space

Cannot with version 4.1.

$ ./confluence-cli-4.1.0/confluence.sh --user admin --password $ADMIN_PASSWORD --server http://localhost:8090 --action storePage
Client error: CLI connector is not installed or enabled on the server. See https://bobswift.atlassian.net/wiki/display/ACLI/Installation+and+Use.

Versions 4.0 and higher require the server component be installed. See

• Atlassian CLI License

I am having similar problem.

Server version is 6.4.3  and cli ( client version : 7.8.0)  and connector version is 7.8 .0

error :
