A socket error usually means that there's an issue with your network. I would recommend reaching out to your network administrator so they can help you with this issue.

Thank you for your confirmation. It does appear that for some reason you're not able to access your server via your network. Please do reach out to your network and server admins and see if they are able to help resolve the issue for you.
