Can I change the color of the area below the footer?

I'd like to set background of my space to white. All good so far, except for the grey area below the footer. Is it possible to style that?

I've tried styling body and #full-height-container as {background-color: #ffffff;}. Neither of those worked.

Fascinating. That worked for this area in Space Tools, but not on the regular wiki pages. Thank you for the suggestion, though!
