Can I create sub Space under another Space? So that, I can segregate questions to each sub space.

The idea is to have segregate Questions for each page or Sub Space.

There are no sub-space functions in Confluence.

There are a couple of add-ons that implements something like sub-space, have a search in "find new add-ons" for sub-space

as Nic mentioned it already there is e.g. a Communardo app available in the Atlassian Marketplace called SubSpace Navigation for Confluence.

It enables you to configure a wide range of navigation nodes like e.g. an internal link, space, CQL query or folder in addition to the navigation bar on each page.
