Can no longer change page attachment image sizes or change to links

This was working fine until the last update. Now i can find no way to change the image size or change to a 'link' for attachments that i've added to a page. Please can you let me how to do this in the new version as it is key to our use cases.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I tested on my local environment and it's working normally to resize the image and also the list of attachments.
Just for a better understanding of the issue, can you please let us know if you tested using another browser?
Are you the only user facing this issue?
Is it happening on any template? Have you tested using a brand new page?

Hi there,

This is if i just try to create a Blank page. The 'Old Blank Page' actually works fine but that says it is being removed soon....

All my users are experiencing this issue.

The new editor does not have the same option to change the size of the image, please check the gif below:

About show attachment as a link, currently, this option is not available for the new editor.
