Can someone point me in the direction of a video or document on Atlassian Analytics?

Hi all, 

To expand on my question, I am spinning my tires with attempting to build out charts in Atlassian Analytics using SQL.  

Is there a video or better documentation that you could share with me to get unstuck?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.  The first video link does not play a video and the 2nd link doesn't provide insight into the product.  

I'm assuming that Atlassian didn't think out this product because it doesn't do what Atlassian is claiming it will do and is very, very limited with options in how it can report.
